How does our special Pet delivery System work?
Customers interested in our pet delivery services reach out to the agency through their website, phone, or email. our customer service team responds promptly and collects initial information about the pet, including breed, size, origin, destination, travel date, and any specific requirements.
We schedule a consultation with the customer to discuss the details of the pet delivery. During the consultation, experts provide guidance on documentation, crate requirements, and any necessary preparations. Once all details are confirmed, the customer proceeds to book the service, selecting the preferred transportation method (e.g., air travel, ground transportation).
We guide the customer through the documentation process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This includes obtaining a health certificate from a veterinarian, verifying vaccinations, and acquiring any import/export permits if needed. We provide clear instructions on how to prepare the pet for travel, including feeding, exercising, and crate training, to ensure their comfort during transit.
We advise the customer on choosing an appropriate crate or carrier for the pet. They provide detailed specifications regarding size, ventilation, and safety requirements. The customer prepares the crate or carrier accordingly, adding bedding, familiar toys, and food and water bowls. SUTA may also offer optional services, such as providing specialized crates or additional comfort items, at the customer’s request.
On the scheduled day of transport, the customer delivers the pet to a designated location, as instructed by AMAEXX. AMAEXX’s trained staff receives the pet and performs a thorough check-in process. They verify the documentation, review the pet’s well-being, and ensure that all necessary precautions are taken. AMAEXX provides the customer with a tracking number or other means of communication to stay updated on the pet’s journey.
During transit, we takes utmost care of the pet’s safety and comfort. For air travel, we arrange for the pet to be placed in a temperature-controlled and pressurized area of the cargo hold, adhering to airline regulations. Throughout the journey, we monitor the pet’s well-being and communicates any updates or changes to the customer promptly.
Upon arrival at the destination, we informs the customer about the pet’s safe arrival. They provide clear instructions on how to pick up the pet, which may involve going to a designated area or cargo facility. we ensure a smooth and efficient handover process, verifying the customer’s identification and any necessary paperwork. They may also offer post-delivery support and guidance to help the pet settle into its new environment.
